Allow skipping the analyzing phase

Currently, the rsync plugin always first makes a dry run to determine all files that need to be backed up and then begins the backup process.

This is needed to determine the progress of the second run, however, depending on the number of file, the dry run can take some amount of time. Some users might not be interested in the actual progress, so for them is would be better to skip the dry run in favor of an earlier finish.
