After a few weeks of hesitating we finally did it. Since the official german Irrlicht community was raided by bots (that is actually pretty annoying...) we founded a new community, cause we noticed that there is still need for it.

Not only a Compendium about the famous Irrlicht Engine but also a Guideline from starting at the very beginning to become a real master of the Engine, including all its relatives like IrrEdit and IrrKlang.

Currently I'm working on a project. Till now nothing is post about it here. And it won't gonna change the next days, so that I can focus on working on the project. Anyway here is a little preview ...

As a little gift after the holidays, here comes a new version of the Intelligent Playlist plugin for Amarok 2 ;) As usual, you can download it from our Download Center or directly via Amarok's script manager (search for "intelligent playlist").

This new version introduces a neat little feature: The plugin is now localizable. Up to date, there are (beside English) translations to Czech and German (special thanks go to Pavel Fric for the Czech translations).

Additionally, the mechanism for adding tracks to the playlist has been slightly changed. This should preserve compatibility of the plugin across versions of Amarok 2.

Endlich wurde der Torpia Combat Analyzor (zumindest in einer ersten Version) fertig gestellt. Enthalten sind ein Editor zum Pflegen der Kampfdaten, welche als XML abgelegt werden und der Analysator, der die Daten anhand der vorher geschriebenen Formel abgleicht und grafisch aufbereitet.

Dieses Tool soll helfen hinter das Kampfsystem von Torpia zu kommen. Dazu werden eine große Anzahl an Kampfberichten gesammelt und eine Formel entwickelt. Der Analysator gleicht die berechneten Daten mit den ermitellten Daten ab und gibt einen Umriss wie nah man sich an der Lösung befindet.

Version 0.1.5 of the Intelligent Playlist Plugin for Amarok is now available!

As usual, you can download the plugin from our Download Center or directly from within Amarok (use the Script Manager and the "Get More Scripts" button).

This version is a pure bugfix release. It fixes an error which seems to occur only with recent Ubuntu versions (and probably derived distributions, too). Users of other Linux distributions might not have been concerned by this problem (and thus there is no need for an update).

Thanks to everyone who helped this time (be it reporting this bug or providing me some time by investigating the problem on their hardware).

Connect 4 is another version of the famous minigame connect 4. You play against your friend or the computer and have to create a line of 4 chips horizontally, vertically or diagonally. There will be a set of game modi to make it more challanging.

Hey there, it's me again. I know it's been a while since my last post... I also know that there are no excuses for that but I may have a little surprise to appease you.

I released a new version of the Intelligent Playlist plugin.
This bug fix release removes a bug that was triggered in newer Amarok versions. The error does not occur regularly; however, you should update nevertheless to avoid disturbing messages during playback.

The update can be installed from within Amarok or by downloading and installing it either from our Download Center or from kde-apps.org.

Today, I released a new version of the Intelligent Playlist plugin for Amarok 2. This version is just a bug fix release:
It removes a bug that prevented the plugin from adding files with newer versions of Amarok.

I hope that makes the plugin usable once more.

You can get the new version either from our Download Center or from kde-apps.org. Additionally, you should be able to install it directly from within Amarok.
