Hi there,

as promised I want to give you a look behind the curtains of intelligent playing. Before that you have to know something 'bout artificial intelligence in general.

On the 16th June there will be a short outage (around 60min) between 23:00 and 8:00 of the following day. The outage is due to maintenance work on side of our provider and includes an update of several server software.
If you experience any problems after the outage, please report them. Thanks!

As our friends from USF currently are a bit in trouble and will have to close their site down (hopefully only for a short while!) we decided to provide their users temporarily with our infrastructure.

Due to the automatic transmission of the required login data, there will be a short downtime of our site later this day. After that, the USF users can login here with their usual user/password combo. Should there be any problems, feel free to ask; we will try to fix any problems as soon as possible.

Before somebody complains that he still cannot login: Check your system tray/watch/whatsoever. Today's April, 1st! And as every year you should triple check everything that is posted today ;)

RPProj is a desktop project management program: It can be used for connecting to online platforms and for working locally.

New bug fix version available.

The new version fixes a bug that caused crashes of the script when using the match-at-last-one-track mode. The new version can be found in our Download Center or you can install it directly via Amarok's Get Hot New Stuff dialog.

There is a little "bugfix" release out for the IPL plugin:

• Fixed a little "bug" in the script spec (script said it was a "Service", but it is not)
• Changed playlist solver to use event based system instead of polling

The script is now also directly hosted at KDE-Apps.org, so it should be possible to install it from within Amarok. However, you still can get it from our Download Center.

This is the very first release version of the Intelligent Playlist plugin for Amarok 2. Please download it via our Download Center.

Basically, this release already provides the following features:

• Generation of continuous playlists based on an initial playlist. Changing of "mood" is possible by simply dropping other tracks into the playlist.

A plugin for Amarok 2, providing dynamic playlists based on the current playlist and a similarity search in your local collection.

It's late, but better than never:
I proudly announce the release of precompiled versions of RPGBomber2009 for Linux 32 and 64 bit systems.

The binaries have been compiled for i686 and x86_64 bit systems. The required Irrlicht library is included. Note, that you will need to install SDL and SDL_mixer by your own. You should use your distributions package manager to do so.
